CHECK-IN
Ein Check-In ist jederzeit möglich. Mit Garantie sind die Zimmer ab 14 Uhr fertig. Vorher kann aber schon der Schlüssel abgeholt werden und das Gepäck bei uns abgestellt werden.
Sollte die Rezeption gerade nicht besetzt sein, finden Sie Ihren Schlüssel im Schlüsseltresor neben der Eingangstüre links.
Der Code dafür leitet sich aus Ihrer Buchungsnummer ab. Es sind die letzten 4 Ziffern Ihrer Buchugsbestätigungsnummer und B für Bestätigung.
A check-in is possible at any time.
With guarantee, the rooms are ready at 2pm. You can collect the key before 2pm and the luggage can be parked by us.
If the reception is not occupied at that moment, you will find your key in the key safe next to the entrance door on the left side.
The code for this is derived from your booking number. These are the last 4 digits of your book confirmation number and B for confirmation.
Das Hotel verfügt nicht über Parkmöglichkeiten. Sie können für check-In und check-Out zufahren (nicht möglich während des Weihnachtsmarktes) und müssen dann ihr Fahrzeug auf einem der öffentlichen Parkplätze parken. Ich empfehle P3/Parkplatz Centrum. Tagesgebühr 10 Euro.

Parking is not avaliable at the hotel. You can come by car for check-In and check/out (not possible during the christmas market) and after this you have to go to a public parking area. I recommend P3/parking center it is near (300 Meters) and costs 10 Euro for 24 hours.
